PROJECTS
Marketing communications is a team effort. I am involved in almost every project that the MarComm team undertakes. I played a significant role in each of the projects outlined below. Research, plan development, scheduling, implementation, monitoring results, and project management were the primary roles I played in the projects below.
Additional Projects

INTEGRATED CAMPAIGN: VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS
Led the marketing communications efforts for our new virtual workshop series, Prepare to Win. The first series exceeded targeted revenue and goals by 243%. View campaign elements and schedule.

ANNUAL CONFERENCE MARKETING
Developed and monitored the comprehensive marketing plan for our annual conference. Exceeded paid attendance goal of 700 and resulted in a net income of $66,000. View marketing plan.

REDESIGN OF FLAGSHIP PUBLICATION: MARKETER
Led the efforts to complete the redesign of the Society's most coveted member benefit, Marketer magazine. Came up with the idea to "partner/trade" with our member photographers to add more of an architectural feel to the publication. Offered a full page ad in return for use of their images. Improved the look and saved money by not having to purchase images. We won three awards for the redesign. View the before and after below.
